What a love-hate relationship these two have. Aleah loves to tell him what to do and even read him books. This time they are head butting and much to mom's sadness "licking" each other. YUCKY!
Rascal is getting to be such a big boy. You can't help but love that face when he turns his ears up at you when you talk to him. He generally spends his time oustide but when it began to snow outside we felt bad and brought him in the house. Chad actually got him a heated dog bed for outside but the first night he had it, he chewed it all up. He obviously doesn't know what is good for him!
Monkey Trouble! Aleah loved her costume the moment we got it out of the box. This was the first day she received it the first part of October and she refused to take it off no matter how hot she got. By Halloween it was nearly too short thanks to a growth spirt..... Shortly after this shot, Aleah and Rascal managed to rip the banana off the costume but fortunately noone ate it!
Here are the two great hunters... In September we went out to try and do some deer hunting. As you can see, Chad is sporting the hunting facial hair. This is just up the hill from the camp trailer. Aleah was a great sport who reminded daddy to be careful with his driving. On bumpy spots she would often say, "Whoa Daddy".
These boots are made for walkin..... and that's just what she'll do. One of these days these boots are gonna fit!

We have spent many hours in intense training practicing counting and other necessary academic skills. Well.......OK, the real story is the sitter gives her son to the count of ten to get things done. But she can count objects and it is still cute...
Aleah loves books, animals and recently counting to 10. When the camera comes out she sometimes forgets all of the numbers. We always marvel with her new developments. She provides so much joy and life to our home.
